Pricing Plans

★ Enrollment Procedures:

   The enrollment procedure involves signing the rules outlined in this document by the guardian, and it will be completed upon payment of the admission fee. If you wish to cancel your membership due to various circumstances after completing the enrollment, please inform us as soon as possible.

★ About the tuition fee:

   The tuition fee (monthly fee) is due on the 27th of each month. Please make the payment using the provided tuition fee bag.

★ About the course:

   As a general rule, the course and scheduled day of the week chosen at the time of enrollment will remain fixed. However, in case of unavoidable circumstances, changes may be possible upon prior notice. If you wish to change or cancel your lesson date, please notify us by 7 p.m. the day before. Substitute lessons are available. Please note that substitute lessons will not be provided for holidays coinciding with scheduled lesson days (except in cases of poor physical condition or sick leave). Failure to attend without prior notification will result in compulsory lesson attendance. Lateness will result in reduced lesson time. While deferrals are generally not allowed, please inform us as soon as possible if you require an extended break.

★ About withdrawal:

   A withdrawal procedure is in place, requiring one month’s advance notice. Withdrawals made at the end of the month will require payment of tuition fees until the following month. Refunds will not be provided for cancelled memberships during the substitute lesson period at the student’s convenience. Reinstatement within one year incurs no admission fee.

★ Other:

   Please be aware that disruptive behavior in the classroom or towards other students may result in refusal of course enrollment.
